Georgianna is a culinary innovator who is constantly pushing the boundaries of traditional Greek cuisine. Her passion for food began at a young age, and she honed her skills in some of the world's top kitchens, including El Bulli. Georgianna’s secret recipe is mixing innovation with tradition in an avant-garde manner. For her, cooking is a form of expressing your feelings. She co-owned the acclaimed restaurant Funky Gourmet in Athens and has received numerous awards for her outstanding creations. She was awarded 2 Michelin Stars at the age of 34, making her the youngest and only Greek female Chef to win such an accolade. She is the Executive Chef/Co-founder of the following restaurants in London that illustrate Modern Greek Gastronomy: OPSO, INO & Pittabun. Chef Georgianna has been named the Best Female Chef in Greece and 4th Best Female Chef in the World. She also worked as a lecturer at Harvard University teaching Culinary Psychology throughout 2021 and 2022.
