Jess Lemon dreamed of being a pastry chef since childhood, with her experience on MasterChef Australia turning her dream into a reality. Jess' passion and commitment to improve and evolve in the kitchen are second to none, working in high-end restaurants including Om Nom, The Press Club and Raffles Hotel Jakarta. In 2019 Jess released her self-published cookbook, "A Zest of Jess," and in 2020 she launched Esme Patisserie, baking and selling tarts, macarons, and entremets. Inspired by childhood memories and motivated by creating pastries that are as beautiful as they are delicious, Jess is adept at incorporating both savoury and sweet flavours into her creations.
