Kirsten Tibballs, also known as 'The Queen of Chocolate’, is one of Australia’s most celebrated and internationally respected chocolatiers and pastry chefs. With countless accolades under her belt, Kirsten has been awarded gold at the World Pastry Olympics. Kirsten founded Savour Chocolate and Patisserie school in Brunswick in 2002, and has travelled across the globe teaching, educating and cooking world-class pastries and chocolates.
