Sid is widely regarded as one of New Zealand’s most talented chefs. Born in Chandigarh, India, Sid moved to New Zealand in 2000, opening his first restaurant Sidart in 2009. Cassia, The French Café and KOL followed. Off the back of the success of his restaurants, Sid and his wife Chand launched a range of at-home curry sauces named Cassia at Home.
