For over twenty years, British-born chef Stephen Moore has worked in some of the world's best restaurants, hotels and resorts. Starting his career in kitchens across Europe, Stephen's culinary skills were further honed at Sydney's iconic Rockpool. After working for the renowned Aman resorts in New Delhi and three Michelin-star El Can Raco de Can Fabes in Barcelona, Stephen chose to settle in Bali. He is now the co-owner and Executive Chef at the Shelter Group, running the contemporary Middle Eastern and Mediterranean restaurant Shelter in Perenenan.
