"A no-frills joint specialising in Mandi, a meat and rice pilaf dish originating from Yemen. When you first arrive, you get served an intense bowl of lamb broth that's probably one of the punchiest things you've had all your life. Then as the fork-tender lamb and rice shows up, and you tuck into it with your bare hands with lashings of yoghurt and spritzes of lemon, you begin to wonder where this has been all your life."
