"Bahn Xeo Bar is an Asian restaurant in The Cannery in Rosebery. Run by Tania Ho and Benjamin Sinfield, alumni of the London institution St John, these two have created something truly special. The pair used to have a market stall making amazing pancakes which got so popular they decided to open a business. Ben's time at St John in London means that he lives and breathes the nose-to-tail philosophy. There is nothing that he likes more than getting in a whole pig, breaking it down and celebrating each part of it on his menu - pig's head nuggets with roasted bone marrow, lemongrass and chilli and incredible broths with a perfect balance of rich and light. Ben and Tania are such a lovely, humble young couple who are always really pleased to welcome you."
