"Regarded as the most important restaurant in Lima. The team and I actually walked past the front of this discreet entrance; the only reference to the restaurant name is a small plaque in the footpath out the front! Inside is a simple but elegant décor; most tables have a view of the glass-fronted kitchen. Wine list is not large but sufficient, and well structured."
