Abutting his first restaurant 'Le Pincemin', chef Xavier Pincemin has opened this trendy bistro, sporting a series of adjoining Art Deco rooms. Similar to Le Pincemin, the artistic, inventive menu changes often, based on the season and Pincemin's whims. Lafayette is listed in the Michelin guide and (at the time of writing) is ranked #2 out of all restaurants in Versailles on TripAdvisor.
