The name Sofia is a dedication to the memory of Sophie's paternal Grandmother and namesake, who first introduced her to the magic of extra virgin olive oil and instilled in her a love of cooking-with only the freshest seasonal produce. Sophie first met her grandmother at the age of 9 in a small village named Aristodimion in the Southern Peloponnese, Greece.
