A bigger, livelier Cycladic island best understood by area: Naousa for the old-port nightlife and dining, Parikia for the year-round, backstreet-maze centre, and a string of beaches and beach clubs between. Rent a car, base near Naousa in summer, and hop the short ferry to little sister Antiparos.
