Lenôtre began in 1957 with a single Paris boutique operated by renowned pastry chef Gaston Lenôtre and his wife Colette. Since then, Maison Lenôtre has spread internationally, opened multiple culinary schools, and in 1976, took over Le Pré Catelan, which has since received 3 Michelin stars. Lenôtre pastries are available both for large-scale orders or individual purchases at their boutiques, and each offering is made with exquisite attention to detail.

"Lenôtre isn't just a patisserie, it's an institution that embodies French culinary heritage. Their unwavering dedication to pastry tradition and exceptional quality never fails to impress me. Every bite of their macarons or eclairs feels like a celebration of French gastronomy, inspiring both my palate and my baking pursuits."
