Head chef Justin James takes diners down a multi-sensory journey capturing the smell, taste, feel and sound of the garden onto each plate. The garden also houses a variety of Australian flora and fauna as well as native Australian ingredients like Green Ants, Finger Limes, and Bunya Bunya which are featured throughout the menu.
