In 1911, Mariano Laudano opened the doors of the "Bettola Da Ciccio" to its first guests. Over the years, it transformed from a trattoria run by Francesco and Caterina, the descendants of Mariano, into a restaurant under Salvatore and Franco, later becoming known as Ciccio. Now in its fourth generation, Ciccio's four children play integral roles in running the family business. The commitment and adequate preparation of each family member contribute to the success of the restaurant.
