Maybe Sammy is a glamorous cocktail bar in Sydney’s The Rocks, founded by Stefano Catino and Vince Lombardo. Drawing on the golden age of Hollywood, 1950s and ’60s Las Vegas and the classic hotel bar, the venue pairs world-class cocktails with theatrical service, playful energy and old-school hospitality. Catino and Lombardo, who previously created Maybe Frank, built Maybe Sammy as a place where exceptional drinks and serious hospitality never take themselves too seriously — from pink-jacketed bartenders and tableside theatrics to a cocktail list that has earned international recognition.
