Johnny Di Francesco

I am the owner and founder of Melbourne’s acclaimed 400 Gradi, Gradi Group of restaurants, which has become one of Australia’s most loved and recognised pizzaiolos. I developed an undeniable love for the food from a young age which stemmed from my Neapolitan family heritage. 400 Gradi was born in 2008 and embodies just that of my passion and love for food; now resulting in the expansion of the Gradi Group across Australia and the globe. I am honoured to have been recognised, having won awards for our traditional Neapolitan pizza and menu. I love nothing more than being in the kitchen cooking, holding a masterclass, or prepping for a new recipe book to share my cooking with the masses.
