Johnny Di Francesco is a Melbourne-based restaurateur, author, tv personality and World Pizza Champion. With a deep-rooted passion for pizza that began at the age of 12, Johnny travelled to Naples, Italy on several occasions to master his craft. Johnny subsequently founded the 400 Gradi Group in 2008, with restaurant locations across Australia and internationally. Johnny was the first Australian to be inducted into the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN), has earned a Guinness World Record and published two cookbooks.
