"Probably the best fine-dining restaurant I've been to this year. The chef is from Malaysia and he champions the produce of his homeland. The storytelling is just as powerful as the food, making this a killer combination. Their non-alcoholic pairing is the sexiest one I've experienced yet, with things like fermented coconut water and distillation of native herbs and roasted peanuts."
