"These cats make hands down my favourite sandwiches in Singapore. They start really early, baking all their bagels and smoking their meats in-house. They have 4 outlets, and what amazes me is that they have chosen to have a totally different menu at each. No thought of central kitchens or scalability here; just plain old hustle to bring totally unique items to each outlet. My top tip is to order anything that sounds breakfast-y (i.e. contains spam, bacon, eggs, hash brown, etc) and pair it with a sweet bagel (blueberry, maple, cinnamon raisin, etc)."
