"This was the first dessert I ever taught my wife Jessica how to make. It’s actually a traditional Italian tiramisù. But, because she has mastered it so well, and because whenever we have a dinner party or the kids fancy it, we ask her to make it, we usually call it Jess’s Tiramisù."
