Helena and Vikki Moursellas

Helena and Vikki Moursellas

Helena and Vikki Moursellas are Adelaide-born identical twins whose earliest memories are filled with the fragrant bustle of their Greek grandmother Koula's kitchen. Under her guiding hand, they mastered the art of beautiful traditional recipes like slow-braised lamb, hand-torn phyllo and the bright tang of fresh tzatziki-and discovered a lifelong love affair with their love of Greek food. Today, these culinary siblings split their time between Sydney and London, where they weave their heritage into every frame and flavour. As photo chefs, recipe developers and food stylists, they've turned family classics into contemporary must-tries-first in Peináo: A Greek Feast For All (Smith Street Books, 2023), then again in Taking You Home: Simple Greek Food (Hachette Australia). Whether crafting glossy magazine spreads or teaching home cooks how to coax extraordinary taste from humble ingredients, Helena and Vikki celebrate the warm, communal spirit of Greek cuisine in every project they touch.
