A former physiotherapist, Kylie Millar came to realise her true passion was food and cooking after joining the ranks of Masterchef Australia in 2012. Millar has since worked in some of the world’s best restaurants and was named the Josephine Pignolet Young Chef of the Year. Millar has taken her talents to the global stage, working as a sous chef at Blue Hill Farm with Chef Dan Barber in upstate New York.
